Jim Gardner, founder and director of Camp META, will continue to give  direction to the ministry and oversee programs and staff with his wife Ivonne.

It is a vital training ground for Mexican Bible college students to put in to practice theory and develop leadership skills as counselors and workers in the programs.

With them, Miss Cynthia McGuire (nursing instructor, BJU) and Mexican young people that are either serving God in the ministry or preparing to do so, form the staff each summer.
