How does META reach its objectives?

 

Camp META utilizes a combination of centralized and descentralized programs in order to build up the whole man (socially, physically, mentally, and spiritually).

 

 

Strong preaching from the platform coupled with small  groups led by trained counselors are necessary to meet the unique needs of each camper.

 

 

In the small groups, once or twice a day the counselors take time to apply principles directly to each camper's situation.

 

 

 

The camp programs run generally from Monday afternoon until Friday noon, giving the camp travel team sufficient time to reach its next destination. The schedules reflect the discipline, efficiency, and variety required to make maximum use of our time while at camp while not overwhelming the camper.

 

 

For each summer we develop a devotional theme and a fun theme allowing team competitions to motivate without causing carnality.

 

 

 

 

 

Our programs are action-packed and Christ-centered.
